line of credit 可以用来做现金买房的approvel fund 吗？

具体怎么操作呢?

 

 

想买的一个房子， 没有厨房， 只能现金。 房子要20万， 修理还要10万， 我们的approvel fund 上是要求20万呢，还是25万为好？
