绝大多数401 K很多年前并没有index fund 可以选择。

可以选择index fund 也是这几年的事情。

不但没有QQQ, 连spy都没有选。

而一般的mutual fund 则回报率远运比不上指数而且费用很贵。

据统计：美国人401 K平均回报率在5% 到8%之间。
