退休后的理财计划定调

这几天忙着调动资金应付退休房的closing。数字在脑海里过目一次，也就大致形成了后面20-30年的理财计划。考虑领导和我的年龄随时可能退休，所以，五年还完房贷的规划开始准备，支援国内父母和兄弟姐妹的安排也和领导一起计划好了。

现自住房卖后，一半资金用来还房贷，然后每年从退休账户里取钱，这样五年能还完贷款；买掉现在房子后的另一半现金会拿出一部分寄给国内父母兄弟姐妹，还有一部分留作家庭应急基金；退休账户45%左右的投资在分红ETF，这样产生的现金流基本等同领导的工资，而我的退休金加领导的SS大约等同于我的工资，确保退休前后的收入一样，不给领导退休决定带来任何压力；退休账户的另外45%投大盘，10%cash作为储备；五年后还完mortgage再开始考虑Roth conversion，这样前面五年就留有足够的空间取钱还房贷；房贷还完后，两老的退休收入应该足够日常开销，退休账户的动用只和孩子们的集体活动有关，如一起旅游等。。。

 

还有20%的cash可以投入到SPY。。。还是等跌！嘻嘻
