2。如果我们不付这笔钱，collection agent会有怎样的行动？They will screw your credit report. The $300 will become $400 or more.

3。有没有什么部门可以帮助我们？ No. Nobody is going to pay your bill but yourself.

4。这都是4年前的事了，保险公司还管吗？ No normal insurance claim will be made within 3 months of service provided. Please referring to your insurance paper.
