如果非要算双方都有错，即使50/50，除了
是无谓的文字游戏外(没意义)，似乎对所有的开车人来讲都不公平。 YOU ARE RIGHT.
Well, I am very flattered. I may not be more knowledged than you are. I just happen to know this bit that you over looked.
Law is not only boring and seemingly meaningless, it is also blind. Each state has different laws regarding accident responsibilities, well, just to confuse you and me.
