may I know is that something I can do on my own, or has to be by my lawyer?

How do i find the mail track #?  I guess I need to ask my lawyer for that correct? 

my 2nd question in the 1st post, that's the worst scenario, but could you share some insight what's the likely outcome?  Like the entire immiagration application will be scratched?  我都不敢想 :(
