》》You may track your packet whether it arrived at the USCIS Lockbox using the mail track#.
may I know is that something I can do on my own, or has to be by my lawyer?
-I don't htink you can do anything. You may discuss with your lawyer and tell him/her your concern. You hore the lawyer and pay the fee, anyway.
How do i find the mail track #? I guess I need to ask my lawyer for that correct?
-If your lawyer mailed the packet out to USCIS, he/she should have the track number for the delivery track.
my 2nd question in the 1st post, that's the worst scenario, but could you share some insight what's the likely outcome? Like the entire immiagration application will be scratched?
_Normally, USCIS should have received your application, so you do not need to worry about it too much. The mailing company such as Fedex, UPS, nearly do not lose the mails. USCIS may take some time to put your documents to their system. So, just wait for a couple of weeks. If your I-601 is denied, you mahy have to do the application all over again.
我都不敢想 :(
