 看到本坛有好多高手指点。想给父亲办绿卡，文革期间结婚，没有结婚证，母亲去世，无法补办。这种情况如何去申请绿卡？


如果民政局出证明，拿到美国来翻译一下可以吗？
-Yes, but had better go to the 公证处 in China to do the 公证 of 民政局出的证明  or 派出所开的证明 (this kind of 公证 normally include both Chinese and English version).
