多谢8老师回复！try过来，国内的公证处很官僚，人家不肯给公正。即使找了派出所工作的亲戚出面。是不是只有到这边公正了，希望不会有什么负面影响。
-Fine. You may just ask your friend to translate it into English, and then go to a Notary Public (e.g. bank) to notarize your friend's signature on the translation version. Your friend also needs to write statement indicating that he/she knows both English and Chinese well and the translation is accurate.
