几天前，我妻在从加拿大入境美国遭拒，且10年往返签证被取消。我现在只有一条路：给她办I-130。今天在填表过程中有个选项引起我的注意：Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?

1）　这里的immigration proceedings究竟指啥？如前所述，因为她的B1 Visa被CPB取消， 是否也在此行列？-No.

那么，我在此是否必须填YES？
-Say "No". "They ask whether your wife (beneficial) has been removed, deported, had immigration conditions rescinded (over turned), or been involved in immigration court due to violation (or doubted violation) of immigration law (e.g. illegal stay, etc.). This generally refers to any proceeding before an immigration judge, or in immigration court.           

2）　如果这项填了YES，会对我的I-130通过有多大负面影响？
3）　另外，因为此事刚发生几天，我现在马上为妻申请I-130是否妥当？
-Fine.

是否需要隔上点时间再行启动要好点？
