1）我刚才查了一下，在递交I-130时，是不需要递交双方的护照复印件的吧？

我仍然对于”Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?“有些余悸，因为我妻的护照上有CBP所盖的B1 VISA取消的章印。如果现在不提交护照复印件，当然是最好的了。请8老师帮助确认一下。

-As I said above, your wife is not under immigration proceedings. So, nothing is needed to worry about.  The B1 visa revocation is because your wife did not convince the IO that she did not have immigration intent and that is not someone's fault at all. Everyone who wants to enter US is considered to have immigration intent based on immigration law. If the B1/B2 holder wants to enter US, he/she needs to convince the IO/VO that he/she has no immigration intent, otherwise can not be allowed to enter US. So, that is not fault/guilt and it is very normal.

2）另外，第No.15项，Name and address of present employer (if any)：
是针对beneficiary，即我妻的吧？-Yes.

她没有专门的雇主（即报税的那种正职），偶尔在家自己做点音乐方面的家教（收现金），在这里可以写N/A吗？请8老师帮助确认一下。
