140 被拒, 紧急求救, 在线等, 谢谢

I140 EA 被拒, 说是各项条件都不充足. 移民局的来信提到, 我可以APPEAL,同时可以办理motion to reopen. 前者有一个表格, 后者仅需文字说明, 但要共要6份拷贝.

请教有经验的朋友

我能不能同时作这两个动作, 如果能, 二者需要得材料是否相同?

在此同时, 能不能再递交一份新的NIW申请, 上述动作对新申请有无影响?
