H-1b title Postdoc expireation 10/10/2012. 学校去年8月给换了个Research Assistant Professor 的title, file 了h-1b. 我11月份回国了。11月15号新的h-1b approve 了，可我12/17/2011回来了，仍拿旧的H-1b入境的。我现在算身份违例吗？
-You are fine because it was only the job title and salary change, but your job responsibilities did not change, you are fine. So, just file your I-485 and extend your current H1. Your previous amendement H1 was not necessary and you can not use it because you used the old H1 to reenter US and thus, the I-94 override the amendment H1.
