像上面的第二点,我们也给还是学生的孩子户口里存现金另用钱,会被当成是工作所得吗?

-孩子户口里存现金 is irrelevant to the illegal work. When you work, your employer will send your income information (e.g. W2, 1099 form) to IRS if the employer has your SSN# or Tax ID#, and then, USCIS will check your employer record from IRS when they process your I-485 and if they question your work legal or illegal, they will ask you to provide your legal work documents such as H1 approval, EAD, etc. If you can not prove it, and you work illegally for > 180 days, they will deny your I-485. 

因为孩子的485也被转到另一个Office审理了,说另一Office对案子有管辖权.我们孩子没工作.着急

-As long as your child did not work illegally for > 180 days, worry about nothing.
