We are Canadia citizen. My son is in H4. My wife did some research, and thought he could enter the intership program. This program is not from the school, it is a govement sponsored non-profit organization they have some IT program for high school students.
-If your child got paid from this internship, it is illegal and I suggest him to get a new H4 I-94 at the US-Canada border before he files I-485.
