Thanks a lot! Based on your reponses, I got two more questions.
1. Based on your reponses regarding the different risk - I know my current employer (I140 sponsor) won't withdraw my I-140 (according to communication with them and the past experiences), does this mean changing employer has the same risk as staying but relocating within the same firm, even before my I485 is pending more than 180 days?
2. I have decided to relocate temporarily since the other company promised to keep the offer for several months. Can I jump ship after my I485 pending more than 180 days, no matter if Fragomen submitted my LCA amendment and my AC21 portability request? Or I have to wait until I got my GC.
