Kind of confused - Last two weeks I've tried my best begging my current employer to offer me a relocation offer since my I485 is only pending for 110 days.  If staying but relocating is the same as finding a new job, ...  So can I think this way?

140 approved + 485 pending >180 days = almost 100% safe  with similar job (AC21)

140 approved + 485 pending <180 days, relocation with same employer = change employer, both have very high risk if USCIS process the case before 180 days.

If that's the case, I may have to ask the company to let me stay in the city or work from home, or have to delay Fragomen starting the AC21 process.

Sorry for more and more questions.
