Thank you. 2 more questions: 1)my h1-visa expired 2012, as stated on your old post, i can go to CA-US bridge to get I-94, correct? 2)If I apply for H1 extension, when is the start date? e.g. my current H1 expired 5/2012, then on I-129 petition, i will ask for 5/2012-5/2015? or 9/2011-9/2014? I can extend 3 years.
