急急急，485被RFE 。我难道out of status过？

我是副申请人，LD的已批。IO 问我要LD OPT后半段到我的Ｈ4开始之间的legal status 的evidence. (我们主副I20 expires on 05/15/09, ＬＤ的OPT是10/01/08~09/30/09，　H1/H4 紧接着从10/01/09开始）。这样从LD 的I20结束（０５／１６／０９）到H status开始（０９／３０／０９）三个多月我的确没材料。现在就是不知道，我当时在ＬＤ开始OPT的时候，要extension我的Ｆ２　吗？我当时以为只要ＬＤ还是Ｆ１，　我就自动Ｆ２没问题。但我的副Ｉ２０上没有任何关于ＬＤ　ＯＰＴ的信息，我如何证明自己的Ｆ２　呢？提交ＬＤ的Ｉ２０（有ＯＰＴ的ｎｏｔｅ）和ＬＤ的ＯＰＴ－ＥＡＤ就可以了吗？　还是我真遇到麻烦了？有什么办法补救？
