We  did tell the international student office that there was an F2 dependent. They did issue me a new I20, the same time as they issued the I20 for my hu*****and's OPT application. What was missing here is that there is not remark on my I20 about my hu*****and's OPT application, while his I20 has the OPT information on it. Did they forget to place the OPT remark on my I20 at the time? Or I had to have asked them to do so at the time?
