我是副申请人，LD的已批。IO 问我要LD OPT后半段到我的Ｈ4开始之间的legal status 的evidence. (我们主副I20 expires on 05/15/09, ＬＤ的OPT是10/01/08~09/30/09，　H1/H4 紧接着从10/01/09开始）。这样从LD 的I20结束（０５／１６／０９）到H status开始（０９／３０／０９）三个多月我的确没材料。

现在就是不知道，我当时在ＬＤ开始OPT的时候，要extension我的Ｆ２　吗？

我当时以为只要ＬＤ还是Ｆ１，　我就自动Ｆ２没问题。

但我的副Ｉ２０上没有任何关于ＬＤ　ＯＰＴ的信息，我如何证明自己的Ｆ２　呢？提交ＬＤ的Ｉ２０（有ＯＰＴ的ｎｏｔｅ）和ＬＤ的ＯＰＴ－ＥＡＤ就可以了吗？　

 

还是我真遇到麻烦了？

有什么办法补救？　

-No way. Just tell the truth that you forgot to extend your F2 at the time because yopu did not realize it. Also justify that you are still qualified for the adjustment of status based on 245(k).
