请问：给国内父母申请移民I-130递上去后的大致步骤？

查了一下旧帖，还想问一下I-130的收据收到以后，第二封信是寄给谁？我还是国内的父母？第二封信会要求交哪些材料？还有接下来的大致步骤以及会要求交哪些材料？

想有个数好早些准备。
