在I-130的 package 材料中含有我的birth certificates.

但在I-485的 package 材料中没有我的birth certificates.


既然在I-130的材料中已经有的东西,I-485的材料就不比重复了吧?
-Fine in your case for the birth certificate, but some kind of materials may need to provdie twice, respectively, for the I-130 and I-485.
