回复：请问：给国内父母申请移民I-130递上去后的大致步骤？

查了一下旧帖，还想问一下I-130的收据收到以后，第二封信是寄给谁？我还是国内的父母？
-After USCIS approve your I-130, they will send teh approved I-130 to National Visa Center (NVC). Then, NVC will contact you and give your instructions. You just need to follow the instructions to prepare/provide the required documents and pay the fee. After that, NVC will send all the approved paperwork to the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China. The US Consulate then will send the instructions and appointment notice to your parents for the immigration visa interview. Then, your parents just provide the required docuements and prepare for the interview.

The required docuemnts normally include I-864 with the support documents, your birth certificate (sometimes may also need certificate for family relationship), your parents' birth certificates, your parents' certificates of non-criminal record.
