But we don't need AP to go out of US with Canadian passport, should we have to apply AP for her so that she can apply for ferderal financial aid?
-After you file I-485, you have to use AP for the internatiobal travel (including Canada) unless your status is H1/H4 even if you are Canadian citizen. Otherwise, your I-485 will be invalid. Your kid needs to get an AP and use it to go out of US to come back to get the parolee I-94/status to be qualified for the financial aid. H4 or AOS status can not be qulaified for the financial aid.
