AP is kind of travel document only, why will it related to federal financial aid?
-It is not the AP itself, but the parolee status which can be got by using AP, political asylum, etc. U.S. Government gives the parolee a lot of rights/benefits similar to a GC holder.

Should we just need A# or SSN# ( if she apply EAD, she will have one) to apply financial aid?
-Most likely yes, but check it with the school for more detailed requirement information.
