是回来联系公司律师，这厮欢天喜地的告诉我需要完全重新申请一份H1B，
（NND，我的用了半年还不到，）另外外加file一份I-539，给我报了一个3000多的价。
-You need to file H1 extension before yoru current I-94 expires. You need to file Form I-129, not I-539, just like that you file a new H1 petition. Another choice is that you just go out of U.S. to get an H1 visa and return to get a new I-94 with your new passport. This is the simple way and you do not need to file the H1 extension petition again.

Remember that you do not need to file I-539, but file Form I-129 or get a new h1 outside U.S. to come back.
