有没有什么表格是可以要求一份dubplicate h1b的？比如原来的表不慎丢失了？谢谢！
-You can file Form I-824 to get a duplicate of the h1 approval notice. But I have to say the duplicate of h1 approval notice is not helpful in your situation because your legal presence in U.S. is determined by the I-94, not the h1 approval notice. If you apply for the duplicate of the H1 approval notice, this duplicate will have no I-94 with it (see the instruction of I-824).
