回复：父母绿卡申请出生公证问题

给父母申请绿卡，I-485 Instructions 要求父母本人的出生公证。我父母的父母已去世多年，根本无法在国内办理常规的出生公证。
-I think most people have the same situation as your parents and they usually just bring the Family Resgistration (户口本) to the公证处 to do the 公证 Contact the公证处 and they should know how to do it).

我的亲属关系公证已经注明我父母的名字和出生日期。不知亲属关系公证可否替代常规的出生公证。
