80 岁老人绿卡申请(I485)不需交按手印的$80？那是否不用按手印？
-They waive the fee, but it does not mean the people with 80 age or older 不用按手印.

递上130 和485后是否不必在美等着按手印？
-He/she can leave US, but he/she have to come back to do the fingerprinting with US when USCIS send the notice.
