请问老人生日是30年9月4日，今年9月4日后递 130 和485是否符合您说的情况，不是想省$80，是他不想在美等着按手印。
-I think so. As long as his age > 70 when he files the I-485, he does not need to do the fingerprinting. But he needs AP for international travel and his unlawful presence, if any, has to be less than 180 days if he wants to go outside US.
