-Yes, It is 79.
What confuse me is this sentence from 485 fee instruction: Applicants 80 years of age or older are not charged a biometric fee; the fee total is $930.
-Total I-485 filing fee including AP, EAD and biometrics is $1010.00 for regular people; but the people > 79 have no biometric (fingerprinting) fee ($80), so tota I-485 filing fee is $1010 - 80 = $930.00.

He also has to wait AP even without fingerprint, his B2 cannot be used to go out?
-If he uses B2 visa (assume it is still valid) for international travel, his I-485 will be invalid.

Anyway,would u pls help to confirm these things?
