H-1b quota 是否这星期用完吗？在线等！

一个CONSALTANT公司在网上找到我的RESUME,说能给我办H-1,no interview,交$1200.但必须当天寄到材料，H-1b quota 这星期用完。我打电话，是INDIAN.I don't know if it is reliable,or maybe they just cheat the money.But I don't want keep one more year F-1, it cost a lots tuition. Anybody who have this experience would be appreciated by any advice.
