父母放弃绿卡回国三年. 想再签证来美小住. 老人家以前是B2在美国境内转绿卡, 听说很难再签证,
-Not really. Your parents gave up the green cards, and that means they have no immigration intent and thus, it should be easy to get the B2 visa.
请教有类似经历的朋友如何组准备材料.
