Thanks. Another question may be asked: My parents were B2 visa before, which can not have immigration intent but they changed their status to permanent resident in US. This means they did not fellow the rule of B2 visa. Even they gave up the green cards, they had immigration intent and they did before. They may have difficult to get the B2 visa again. Thanks for your reply.
