withdraw了再申请，如果期间我老公的485批了，我也得重新申请亲属移民了吗？如果我的485deny, 我老公的批了，我就得申请亲属移民是吗？
-No, You still can file a new I-485 using EB category by doing follow-to-join. So, it is not a big deal even if your current I-485 is denied.
