我已经决定出境签h4了，你之前提到不要回中国签，是为啥啊？H4应该不会拒签吧。
-Originally I just thought your had no valid H4 status now, so if you go to China, your current I-485 will be affected. But now I think you can go to China to get your H4 visa too if you want to.

如果我已经提交的485批了，我之前的h4违例不会还有什么不良影响吧？我的意思是拿到绿卡以后，移民局不会后来又秋后算帐，发现身份违例取消绿卡吧？
-No, after USCIS issue you the green card, they usually do not check your working with H4 status from IRS anymore. So, do not worry about that.
