我2005年已经递交了485， 现在再出去激活H4, 是不是已经晚了？除非我签证回来后withdraw485然后重新递交？
-Never too late. You absolutely need to get an H4 visa to come back again to fix the problem. Thus, if your I-485 is denied, you still can be qualified to file a new one.

另外，我曾经2006年去加拿大landing后用H4 valid I－94入境美国，这个不会对以前的身份违例有帮助吧？（因为并没有签证）.

下面这篇文章的意思好像是拿新的签证入境只是对以后递485有好处，对已经递交的是没用的。我理解的对吗？
