Alternatively, the position that maintaining H4 status and using EAD(I-485 pending) cannot co-exist was changed and keeping saying "using EAD>H4 is gone" is wrong and misleading.

-Because Your H1 status was approved, that means USCIS has ignored your AOS effect on H1 application and thus, your future I-485 will not be affected by this matter. So, do not worry about that.
