Thank you all very much for your opion.

For HongYe's concern, most of lawyer said: there is no
rules in immigration law to mention clearly that EAD will disable H4.

Their opnion is pretty same as 863211 and mylawyer's viewpoint.

I also want to know how PiJiang think, well, seems he
is not here? a little regret...
