What I said does not mean "using EAD co-existing with H4 status". I just mean because this person's H1 application was approved fully, USCIS might not care about his/her using EAD for such a short period of time. Actually, USCIS sometimes do not follow the rule strictly and approve some cases that should not be approved bsed on the rule.
