求助！ 1-485 被拒 和 file I-824 的相关问题 谢谢

大家好，

我和太太于2005年8月同时递交140 和 485 的申请。我是主申请人 （EB2）。 我的PD是 05/XX/2005。

我的140 和 485 分别 于2005 的 12 月和 2007的11月获得批准。

我太太的485 于2008 年2月20 号被拒。理由是她 曾经有 out of status 记录。

我想请问大家如下几个问题：

1) 如果太太现在回国， 我是否可以 file I-824？
2）如果可以，我们都需要准备那些相关材料？
3）I-824 批准后， 她在美国驻中国领馆申请移民签证时，是否会因为她曾在美国申请485 被拒而受到影响？
4）整个申请过程大约需要多长时间？
5）申请是否要受到目前排期的影响？
