本不该发生的事,前3次交I-129 7年延期都被退回,理由是A VALID LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION WAS NOT SUBMITTED WITH YOUR FILING. 前3次在NOTICE OF ACTION上没有写"(ETA9035)"字样.我打电话到USCIS和DEPARTMENT OF LABOR 询问, 由公司OWNER跟劳工部谈,我在旁听,按劳工部一女人的指示补交了LABOR CERTIFICATION(ETA750), 9月初收到第四次交的收件收据. 12月18日收到补件的NOTICE OF ACTION, 要求补9月交件前批准的 LABOR CONDITION APPLICATTION (ETA9035). 12月26日ONLINE 申请获批,特快补寄.LUD 显示一月2日收到待处理. 一月25日网显DENIAL SENT.

咨询LAWYER,上诉必败,不如重交,
老板要我自掏腰包,$3200.00.左右含$1,100.00+150.00錄师费. 理由是我造成的.
我提出重交I129按现在日期与I290B同交APPEAL, 以改过错误,争取时间,也许能赢也未可知.H1B EXPIRED NOV.1,2007 6年.485未交.
我觉的很冤,想换一家公司或返大陆混口饭.

问题是,我如换公司,是否有办法接上我的劳工排期2003,10月.?
如接不上,是否完全要重头开使?
