485 RFE J-1豁免(加拿大公民), 请Pjiang, 小白兔等大侠帮忙

刚收到485-RFE, 其中要J-1豁免, 很奇怪. 加拿大公民, 做POSTDOC时, 先TN, 后J-1, 最后H-1B. 2004年用H-1B转到公司工作,140(EB1B)已批,实在不明白这个RFE. 公司的律师非常不专业, 请各位大侠指条明路. 拜个早年!
