that shows no residence requirement for Canadian citizenship. Attach all these evidence to answer your RFE. For why canadian citizens still subject to 2-yr rule, you need to ask Yeeha the source.
I have an officemate--canadian citizen just switched from J to H. Have not applied for GC yet.
