你的问题主要是I-765没有签字，所以不能被接受，那样你的申请规费数额就不对了

本来如果你支票分着开，移民局是可以接受I-485和I-131， 只退回I-765的，但是你支票开成一张，移民局当然没有办法， 只好全部退回。
我以前处理过类似情况，凭盖有收件日期和案子号印章的申请表格refile,案子被接受了，而且按照的是原来的排期。当然 这次是否可以也没有完全把握，但无论如何值得一试
