7月2号到NSC的被TSC reject。紧急求助

两个原因，一个是没签字。另一个是proper fee of $340 is not attached.
查了一下，765上是漏了一个签名。能不能补上立即再寄过去？485上都是齐的。但是$340是什么？我寄了一张$745的支票的，包括485,765和131。少了吗？下面应该怎么做呢？谢谢。
