请问小白兔等

notice to intent to deny六月中发出,至今没收到.打电话到移民中心,说从来没有RFE or NOID发出.现在还是under review, and raised a SR. 只有第一次打电话的时候,一个说话速度极快的小姑娘说,发出了,没有收到我的回复,也requested a SR.至今没任何消息.
网上的status还是received and pending,唯一的LUD是08/22/2007,没有任何内容变化.也从来没有LUD或email说有什么RFE/NOID.

请问各位老师,现在我怎么办啊?如果3个月没有收到NOID,那肯定是denied.但没有任何的notice.
以我的这种情况,可以file Motion to reopen吗?谢谢!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
