xiaobaitu,radiology,other experts please help

I filed my I485 with my hu*****and’s I140 NIW and I 485 concurrently in Sept 2005.

In 2006, I filed my own I140. I withdrew my I 140 after my hu*****and’s I 140’s approval.

In July 2007, INS denied my I 485 by mistake because they thought my I 485 was filed concurrently with my own I 140. When they withdrew my I140, they denied my I485 by mistake.

What should I do?
1. The letter says that I can not appeal the case for denial of I 485, can I reopen the case? How long does it take?
2. Can I file I 485 again since my hu*****and’s I485 is still pending? Does INS take new I 485 like my case?
3. Can I do both at the same time?
4. What is the best choice for me? My H1 will be expired in a few months, upto 6 years limits and no EAD card.
