因为你在I-485的part 2上选择了a,而非b,那就意味着你必须有一个已经到了排期的I-140批准或是pending,如果没有，100%应该拒你的485
如果你是想作为家属，必须在I-485的part 2上选择a,并同时attach the I-485 receipt of your spouse,你没有，你说是你自己错了还是CIS错了？
现在没有办法reopen,因为是你表格和实际情况的出入，reopen通常适合补充新的证据的情况。现在只能refile,原先的拒绝不会有大的影响
